Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card & debit card payments.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or over the Internet.
We conduct extensive fraud protection measures to protect both the genuine cardholder and us against loss and inconvenience.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Delivery Schedule We will normally ship your order in 1-3 business days. Please allow 1-5 working days for Royal Mail deliveries; courier deliveries are usually next working day, except for Northern Ireland & the Scottish Highlands, where it is usually 2 working days.
We only ship to UK mainland, unless by prior arrangement.
Orders paid by credit/debit card can only be shipped to the cardholder's address. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

If you wish to return your purchase please let us know by phone or email and return in original packing with insurance to cover your purchase against loss or damage. YOU WILL NEED A RETURNS NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING YOUR LAPTOP. We require some time to check the product but will refund your payment (minus carriage) ASAP and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Used notebooks/PCs have a 30 day return to base warranty (excl. notebook battery).
Some refurbished notebooks will have the remainder of the manufacturer warranty.
New & ex-demo notebooks/PCs have at least 12 months manufacturer's return to base warranty.
Extended hardware warranties are available on some laptops. These warranties are return to base warranties & cover parts & labour.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the notebook/PC under warranty and for any damage or loss incurred during it's return (unless you have a collect and return warranty).
If you return a computer under warranty and there is no hardware fault we reserve the right to charge a £15 handling fee. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. |
